Our exploration licences are in prime locations within the Lithium Triangle, where 40% of the world’s lithium products are produced from brines at lower costs than hard rock lithium production.
Patagonia Lithium owns 100% interest in 3 mining exploration projects – the Formentera Project, the Cilon Project and the Tomas III Project – which encompasses an area of approximately 25 km2.
The Company has been very successful drilling and computing a mineral resource estimate of 551,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent, which translates to a very long mine life. In Brazil satellite and rock chip sampling has provided evidence of rare earths specifically at the heavy rare earth oxides.
Our exploration licence portfolio in Jama Argentina is located in close proximity to some of the world’s leading lithium producers/developers, including Chinese explorer CNGR, Power Minerals (ASX:PNN), Ganfeng Lithium (SHE:002460), Rio Tinto (ASX:RIO).
